Samhi Hotels Limited — Investor Meet, 02-05-2025: Analysts/Institutional Investor Meet/Con. Call Updates

SAMHI Hotels has formed a strategic partnership with GIC, which will invest Rs. 752 Cr for a 35% stake in three subsidiaries owning hotels in Bangalore and Pune. Rs. 603 Cr will be used upfront to reduce debt, improving net debt to EBITDA below 3.5x immediately and targeting below 3x within a year. The deal is expected to boost PAT by 15-20% post minority interest. SAMHI will earn a 4% EBITDA asset management fee and retain flexibility on asset growth and recycling. The partnership aims to expand upscale inventory leveraging GIC’s capital and expertise.
