Fusion Finance has announced a board meeting on the allotment of 6.1 crore partly paid-up equity shares at Rs. 131 each (Rs. 65.50 paid-up). The balance will be called by March 2027. Post allotment, paid-up equity share capital reaches 16.2 crore shares valued at ₹131.55 crore. This rights issue enhances the company's capital base to support growth and operations.
