Teerth Gopicon Limited has secured a Rs. 454.54 Cr contract from Indore Smart City Development Limited to develop a 68,510.492 sq. m. land parcel under the Indore ABD Area master plan. The project execution is scheduled over 36 months, positioning the company strongly in urban development with no promoter-related interests involved.
