Surana Solar Limited — Board Meeting, 03-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Surana Solar has announced a board meeting approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Revenue jumped to ₹38.8 Cr from ₹17.7 Cr last year, with the company swinging to a small profit of ₹5.85 lakhs from a loss of ₹125.89 lakhs. The board restructured key committees, appointing Sanjana Jain as chairperson for both Audit and Nomination & Remuneration Committees. They also acknowledged an independent director’s resignation and greenlit plans to divest 49% stake in Surana Technologies Pvt Ltd at a suitable time.
