Captain Polyplast Limited has announced a board meeting approving the allotment of 21.3 lakh equity shares following the conversion of warrants on a preferential basis. The company received Rs. 11.50 Cr from warrant holders, including promoters and non-promoters, completing the subscription. Post allotment, the paid-up equity share capital increased to approximately Rs. 11.94 Cr comprised of 5.97 crore shares.
