Nila Infrastructures Limited — Board Meeting, 03-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Nila Infrastructures has announced a board meeting approving the consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The company posted total income of ₹246.88 Cr and profit after tax jumped to ₹20.19 Cr from ₹11.13 Cr last year. EPS stood at ₹0.52 (basic). Operating cash flow was strong at ₹67.40 Cr. Board also appointed M/s MBD & Co LLP as statutory auditors for five years, along with new internal, secretarial, and cost auditors to bolster governance.
