State Bank of India — Board Meeting, 03-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

State Bank of India has announced a board meeting on 16th May 2025 to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. For FY2024-25, SBI posted a strong consolidated net profit of ₹12,387 Cr, driven by healthy loan growth and stable asset quality with Gross NPA at 1.82% and Net NPA at 0.47%. The bank declared an impressive dividend of ₹15.90 per share (1590%). It also plans to raise up to ₹25,000 Cr through QIP/FPO or other routes in FY2025-26. Operational highlights include portfolio revaluation and changes in stakes of subsidiaries and joint ventures.
