Mishka Exim Limited has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025. The company reported total income from operations of Rs. 497.42 lakh for the year, up from Rs. 311.84 lakh in the previous year. Net profit after tax stood at Rs. 31.39 lakh, compared to Rs. 34.66 lakh a year ago. Total comprehensive income was Rs. 35.72 lakh versus Rs. 34.66 lakh previously. Paid-up equity share capital remained stable at Rs. 14.45 Cr and other equity increased to Rs. 3.65 Cr standalone and Rs. 7.59 Cr consolidated. Earnings per share were 0.22 basic standalone and 0.23 consolidated.

Separately, multiple banks and financial institutions have issued e-auction sale notices for secured assets due to unpaid loans, reflecting ongoing recovery efforts on various non-performing assets.
