Voltamp Transformers has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. FY25 saw record revenue of Rs. 1934 Cr (+20% YoY) and operating profit of Rs. 356 Cr (+14% YoY), with capacity utilization above 100%. Net profit before tax increased 10% to Rs. 436 Cr. The company proposed a record dividend of 1000% (Rs. 100/share), totaling Rs. 101.17 Cr. A strong order book of Rs. 1129 Cr (9856 MVA) supports full capacity use in FY26 alongside new factory expansion.
