CDSL has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. For FY25, standalone total income grew 33% to ₹985 Cr and net profit rose 27% to ₹462 Cr; consolidated total income increased 32% to ₹1,199 Cr with net profit up 25% to ₹526 Cr. Q4 revenues and profits declined from previous quarters and last year. Demat accounts crossed 15.29 crore, adding ~3.73 crore new accounts in FY25. The board proposed a final dividend of ₹12.50 per share, the highest so far post 1:1 bonus issue.
