Surana Solar has announced a board meeting on the reconstitution of its Audit and Nomination & Remuneration Committees after the resignation of Mr. Boorugu Sri Nagesh. Mrs. Sanjana Jain, an Independent Director, is appointed Chairperson of both committees, with Mr. Narender Surana and Mr. N Krupakar Reddy joining as members.
