Ceinsys Tech Ltd — Results, 03-05-2025: Result

Ceinsys Tech Ltd. has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year, reporting standalone revenue from operations of Rs. 138.14 Cr and consolidated revenue of Rs. 142.39 Cr for the quarter. Profit before tax stood at Rs. 32.38 Cr standalone and Rs. 28.41 Cr consolidated for the quarter. The Board has proposed a final dividend of Rs. 3.50 per share for FY 2024-25, subject to shareholder approval. M/s PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP has been appointed as internal auditors for FY 2025-26. Mr. Phaneesh Murthy joins as an additional Non-Executive Independent Director, and Mr. Surej Kunthithayyil Poyil as an Additional Executive Director and CEO. The board also noted cancellation of certain unvested ESOP options and identified Allygram Systems and Technologies Pvt Ltd as a material subsidiary based on FY 2024-25 consolidated results.
