Enviro Infra Engineers has announced a board meeting on acquiring 100% equity of newly formed EIE Renewables Pvt Ltd, making it a wholly owned subsidiary. The initial ₹10 lakh investment will be followed by up to ₹49.9 Cr through tranche allotments. This marks Enviro Infra’s strategic move into renewable energy, targeting sustainable energy generation and distribution across India. The new subsidiary has no current turnover as operations are yet to start.
