Refex Renewables & Infrastructure Ltd — Updates, 03-05-2025: Company Update

Refex Renewables & Infrastructure Limited has announced a board meeting on the incorporation of two new step-down subsidiaries, Refex CBG SPV (Coimbatore) Limited and Refex CBG SPV (Salem) Limited, under its wholly-owned subsidiary Refex Green Power Limited. These SPVs will develop municipal solid waste-based bio-CNG plants (250 TPD in Coimbatore, 200 TPD in Salem) under PPP mode on a DBFOT basis for 20 years. The Company holds 74% equity in each, with the remaining 26% held by a consortium partner. The estimated project cost is ₹78.54 Cr for Coimbatore and ₹65.07 Cr for Salem, marking significant expansion in the renewable energy segment.
