Solarium Green Energy has announced a board meeting on to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025. The company issued a revision correcting the EPS for the year ended March 31, 2024, from ₹52.47 to ₹10.49. Revenue for the year rose to ₹230.08 Cr from ₹177.81 Cr, with profit after tax at ₹18.59 Cr compared to ₹15.74 Cr last year. The IPO proceeds of ₹105.04 Cr have been partially utilized mainly for working capital and corporate purposes. The auditor issued an unmodified opinion, confirming clean audit reports for standalone and consolidated results.
