Unihealth Hospitals Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 05-05-2025: Allotment of Securities

UniHealth has announced a board meeting on May 2, 2025. The company allotted 7 lakh convertible warrants at Rs.151 each to promoters Dr. Akshay M. Parmar and Dr. Anurag Shah equally. An upfront payment of Rs.2.64 Cr has been received, with the balance payable on conversion within 18 months. Each warrant converts into one equity share, which could boost promoter holding and raise Rs.10.57 Cr upon full conversion.
