Mahindra & Mahindra Limited — Board Meeting, 05-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Mahindra & Mahindra has announced a board meeting in which it approved the re-appointment of Ms. Nisaba Godrej and Mr. Muthiah Murugappan as Independent Directors for another five-year term from August 2025 to August 2030. Nisaba Godrej, Executive Chairperson of Godrej Consumer Products, brings strong leadership and strategic expertise, while Muthiah Murugappan, CEO of E.I.D.-Parry, adds extensive experience in brand management and strategy. Their appointments will be confirmed at the upcoming AGM.
