Nova Agritech Limited — Board Meeting, 05-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Nova Agritech has approved a ₹12.27 Cr investment in its subsidiary, Nova Agri Sciences, through unsecured optionally convertible debentures to boost working capital and set up a new formulation plant. It will also deploy up to ₹2.70 Cr of interest from IPO funds for working capital. The company plans to launch Drone Training Centres in Andhra Pradesh, expanding into agri-tech services. Additionally, P.S. Rao & Associates will be appointed as Secretarial Auditors, while V P S & Associates and M P R & Associates continue as Internal and Cost Auditors for FY26.
