Oriental Rail Infrastructure has announced a board meeting outcome where Mr. Hardik Chandra resigned as Company Secretary, Compliance Officer, and Nodal Officer. Mrs. Hemali Rachh has been appointed to these roles effective immediately. Hemali brings about three years of experience in secretarial and corporate governance functions in listed companies and holds law and commerce degrees along with an Associate membership from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. This leadership change supports continued compliance and governance for the company.
