Mr. Hardik Chandra resigned as Company Secretary, Compliance Officer, and Nodal Officer, effective at the close of business on May 5, 2025. Mrs. Hemali Rachh, an Associate member of ICSI with a law and commerce background and about three years of experience in secretarial and corporate governance roles in listed companies, has been appointed to these roles starting May 6, 2025.
