Kotak Mahindra Bank has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated net profit for FY25 jumped to ₹22,126 Cr from ₹18,213 Cr last year, fueled by strong interest income of ₹65,669 Cr and diverse revenue from insurance and asset management. Operating profit hit ₹29,045 Cr. The bank also recorded a one-time exceptional gain of ₹3,803 Cr after selling 70% of its general insurance arm to Zurich.
