Sunshield Chemicals has announced a board meeting and appointed Mr. Mukesh Malhotra as an Independent Director for five years, subject to shareholder approval. A Chartered Accountant and SRCC alumnus, Malhotra brings over 40 years of global leadership experience across industrial products, automotive components, and specialty chemicals. He has a strong track record in managing cross-border operations, turnaround strategies, and M&A initiatives. He has also actively contributed to the Indian chemical industry through key roles in the Indian Chemical Council and FICCI. He is not related to any current directors.
