POCL Enterprises Limited has announced a board meeting approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025. The company reported net sales of Rs. 372.36 Cr for the quarter and Rs. 1,450.10 Cr for the year, with a profit before tax of Rs. 13.26 Cr for the quarter and Rs. 41.80 Cr for the year. Profit after tax stood at Rs. 10.52 Cr quarterly and Rs. 31.18 Cr annually. The Board has proposed a final dividend of 35% (Re. 0.70 per share of Rs. 2 face value), subject to shareholder approval. A new Corporate Social Responsibility Committee was constituted, led by Independent Director Ms. Indu Bala.
