Sattva Sukun Lifecare Ltd — Board Meeting, 05-05-2025: Board Meeting

Sattva Sukun Lifecare has announced a board meeting approving the appointment of Mr. Gaurav Surendra Nair as an additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, authorized to sign financial results. The company took on record its audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025, with the statutory auditors issuing an unmodified opinion. Two Independent Directors, Mr. Kishor Anil Kokate and Mrs. Prajakta Anil Gangurde, resigned citing pre-occupation and personal commitments. The Board approved a rights issue to raise up to ₹49.5 Cr via issuance of 48 crore shares at a ratio of 5 shares for every 2 held, with record date fixed and application materials finalized. No new borrowings were reported during the year.
