Coforge Limited — Board Meeting, 05-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Coforge has announced a board meeting on May 12 as the record date for a fourth interim dividend of Rs. 19 per share. Consolidated revenue grew 34% YoY to Rs. 12,051 Cr, with profit after tax rising 14% YoY to Rs. 963.5 Cr for the quarter and half-year. The company moved forward with acquiring a 54% stake in Cigniti Technologies and appointed Parikh & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years starting FY26. A share subdivision into two shares of Rs. 5 each will be recorded on June 4.
