Pelatro Limited — Board Meeting, 05-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Pelatro has announced a board meeting on which it approved the audited consolidated financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025. The company posted a total income of Rs. 85.77 Cr and a net profit of Rs. 8.63 Cr, bouncing back from a loss last year. A $1.15 million capital injection into its subsidiary strengthened its financials despite higher current liabilities. Last year, Pelatro raised Rs. 56 Cr via IPO and Rs. 8 Cr through private placement, mainly used for working capital and capex. The board proposed a final dividend of Re. 1 per share, pending shareholder nod.
