Hind Rectifiers Limited — Board Meeting, 05-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Hind Rectifiers has announced a board meeting approving consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Revenue jumped to Rs. 655.37 Cr from Rs. 517.55 Cr, while net profit surged to Rs. 37.11 Cr versus Rs. 12.51 Cr last year. The final dividend was raised to Rs. 2 per share. The board greenlit a Rs. 52 Cr investment to boost backward integration at the Sinnar plant and approved land acquisition up to Rs. 50 Cr for expansion. A new subsidiary will focus on global markets. Key directors and auditors were reappointed, and 14,207 ESOPs vested effective June 10, 2025.
