Computer Age Management Services Limited — Board Meeting, 05-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

CAMS has announced a board meeting on approval of the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue jumped to ₹1,475 Cr from ₹1,177 Cr YoY, with PAT rising 32% to ₹465 Cr. A final dividend of ₹19/share was proposed. The board appointed Ranga Rao & Co as Internal Auditors and B Chandra & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years. Chairman Dinesh Kumar Mehrotra is set for reappointment. Several governance and compliance policies were also approved, underlining a focus on strong corporate oversight.
