CCL Products (India) Limited — Board Meeting, 05-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

CCL Products has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company posted consolidated revenue of Rs. 835.85 Cr and a net profit of Rs. 106.16 Cr for the year. It declared a final dividend of Rs. 5 per share (250% on Rs. 2 face value). Expansion at its Vietnam subsidiary, Ngon Coffee Company, is now complete. The board also approved up to Rs. 15 Cr investment to acquire hybrid power via a Special Purpose Vehicle to optimize power expenses.
