Sattva Sukun Lifecare Limited has announced a board meeting approving the appointment of Mr. Gaurav Surendra Nair as an Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, authorized to sign financial results. The audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025, along with the Independent Auditor’s Report and related party transaction statement, were taken on record. Resignations of two Independent Directors, Mr. Kishor Anil Kokate and Mrs. Prajakta Anil Gangurde, were acknowledged due to personal commitments. The Board approved a Rights Issue to raise ₹48 Cr via 48 crore equity shares at ₹1 each, offering 5 shares for every 2 held, with the related documentation finalized and the Rights Issue Committee reconstituted.
