Prataap Snacks Limited — Board Meeting, 05-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Prataap Snacks has announced a board meeting on May 5 to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. For the year, revenue rose to ₹1717.36 Cr from ₹1626.49 Cr, but the company reported a net loss of ₹34.27 Cr due to exceptional fire-related losses of ₹34.29 Cr. A final dividend of ₹0.50 per share (10% on FV ₹5) is proposed. Sanjay Chourey joins as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. Insurance claims are still underway following fire damage to plant assets.
