Coforge Limited — Board Meeting, 05-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Coforge has announced a board meeting on May 12, 2025, to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. FY25 consolidated revenue jumped to Rs 12,050.7 Cr from Rs 9,008.9 Cr last year, with PBT at Rs 1,296.1 Cr and net profit at Rs 963.5 Cr. The Board declared a Rs 19 per share fourth interim dividend and approved a 1:5 stock split effective June 4, 2025. Coforge UK agreed to sell Coforge Advantage Go for GBP 43 million. Parikh & Associates will be appointed Secretarial Auditors for FY26-30, subject to shareholder nod.
