DMCC SPECIALITY CHEMICALS LIMITED — Board Meeting, 05-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

DMCC Speciality Chemicals has announced a board meeting on which it approved audited consolidated and standalone financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025, with a clean audit opinion. The board proposed a final dividend of 25% (Rs. 2.50/share), subject to shareholder approval. Shri Satish Kumar Jain is set to be appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years, while Shri S. S. Dongare has been re-appointed as Cost Auditor for FY26. The 104th AGM will be held on September 10, 2025, via video conferencing.
