DCM Shriram Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 05-05-2025: Record Date

DCM Shriram has announced a board meeting on 12th August 2025 for the 36th AGM and fixed 5th August 2025 as the record date for shareholders eligible for the proposed final dividend of 170%, taking the total dividend for FY25 to 450% (Rs. 9/share), subject to approval. The board also proposed re-appointing Mr. Ajit S. Shriram as Joint MD and continuing Justice (Retd.) Vikramajit Sen as Independent Director.
