Savani Financials Limited has announced the utilisation of funds raised through its Rights Issue of Rs. 48.97 Cr. The proceeds have been used as planned: Rs. 35.5 Cr to augment the capital base, Rs. 0.92 Cr for unsecured loan repayment including interest, and Rs. 12.56 Cr for general corporate purposes. There is no deviation or variation in the use of these funds. The company has fully allotted equity shares corresponding to the receipt of application and balance call money from eligible shareholders, supporting its capital structure and operational funding as intended.
