Q4 FY25 consolidated revenue surged 70.6% YoY to INR 452.7 Mn, with adjusted EBITDA nearly doubling to INR 88.8 Mn and margins hitting 19.6%. FY25 revenue rose 30.1% YoY to INR 1,347.9 Mn; adjusted EBITDA increased 56.3% to INR 283.9 Mn, and PAT grew 34.3% to INR 176.2 Mn. The Shipway acquisition is enhancing synergies and cross-selling, supported by strong new client additions.
