The move is driven by administrative and operational needs, with related expenses funded from internal accruals. The new office space is leased at Rs. 35,000 per month for 11 months, with a 5% rent increment on renewal. The company received the necessary No Objection Certificate from the property owner. Additionally, the company paid tribute to the late ex-Chairman and Managing Director, Sri M.S. Velu, and authorized Vignesh Velu as Managing Director to effect all formalities related to the office shift.
