Magellanic Cloud has announced a board meeting that approved the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue rose to ₹597.24 Cr from ₹560.43 Cr last year, with profit after tax steady at ₹102.73 Cr. IT/ITES remains the top revenue contributor at ₹475.92 Cr, supported by IT-Surveillance and Drone segments. Net finance costs increased to ₹24.50 Cr, while net debt eased slightly and cash reserves grew to ₹47.48 Cr. No dividend was declared. The audit was clean.
