KPIT Technologies Limited — Board Meeting, 06-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

KPIT has announced a board meeting on approving the full acquisition of Caresoft’s Global Engineering Solutions business across the US, UK, Mexico, and Italy. This deal boosts KPIT’s foothold in commercial vehicles, off-highway, and manufacturing engineering, while accelerating expansion into China and enhancing cost-efficient services. The $191 million acquisition is earnings accretive from year one and will be paid over four years through cash and/or equity. KPIT remains debt-free long-term and plans to increase shareholder approval limits to fuel future growth.
