Capri Global Capital’s consolidated AUM rose 46% YoY to ₹2,28,573 Mn. Net interest income increased 49% YoY to ₹3,812 Mn, while net total income grew 51% YoY to ₹5,624 Mn in Q4FY25. Operating profit more than doubled to ₹2,540 Mn, with PAT up 115% YoY at ₹1,777 Mn. Asset quality was stable with gross stage 3 NPAs at 1.5% and net NPAs at 0.9%. Return on equity and assets improved to 16.9% and 3.6%, respectively. Cost-to-income ratio improved to 54.8%. Investment in tech centers in Gurugram, Bengaluru, and Noida aims to enhance data-driven and AI-based credit underwriting.

Fee income strengthened with ₹727 Mn from insurance distribution in FY25, supported by partnerships with 18 insurers. Loan origination remained resilient, with car loans growing 8% YoY. Co-lending AUM showed robust growth across asset classes.
