Consolidated revenue rose to ₹41.87 Cr from ₹39.96 Cr last year. Profit before tax turned positive at ₹0.56 Cr compared to a loss of ₹0.25 Cr previously, with net profit at ₹1.10 Cr, reversing last year’s loss. The company also appointed M/s. Umesh Ved & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years and M/s. MBD & Co LLP as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26 to enhance governance and controls.
