Exide Industries has announced a board meeting on 19th July 2025 to finalize the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The record date for shareholders to be eligible for the final dividend of Rs. 2 per equity share (200%) for FY 2024-25 is set, pending approval at the 78th Annual General Meeting.
