PTC India Financial Services Ltd. has announced a board meeting for shareholder approval via postal ballot on two key appointments: Dr. Manoj Kumar Jhawar as Non-Executive Nominee Director and Shri Dilip Srivastava as Whole-time Director (Finance) and CFO. Dr. Jhawar brings over 30 years of leadership experience in power distribution and currently serves as CMD of PTC India Limited. Shri Srivastava, a finance veteran with nearly 30 years’ experience across sectors, is appointed for five years with an annual fixed pay of Rs 72.43 Lakhs plus performance incentives. Both appointments have RBI approval.
