Kajaria Ceramics Limited — Board Meeting, 06-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Kajaria Ceramics has announced a board meeting on finalizing its audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The company posted consolidated revenue of ₹4,677.81 Cr and net profit of ₹348.31 Cr for the year. It plans a final dividend of ₹4 per share, bringing total dividends this year to ₹9 per share (down from ₹12 last year). Operations of its wholly-owned subsidiary Kajaria Plywood Pvt Ltd will be discontinued after a ₹112.38 Cr impairment hit. Additionally, an old manufacturing line at Sikandrabad was dismantled, reducing plant capacity. The board also approved appointing M/s Chandrasekaran Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years.
