Shipping Corporation of India Land and Assets Limited — Board Meeting, 06-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

SCILAL has announced a board meeting on 6th May 2025, approving the audited standalone financial results for the quarter and year ended March 2025. The company posted a loss of Rs. 224.37 Cr for the year versus a profit of Rs. 47.49 Cr last year, mainly due to a deferred tax charge of Rs. 238.34 Cr linked to its MTI segment. Revenue increased slightly to Rs. 103.35 Cr. The board proposed a dividend of Rs. 0.55 per share (5.5%). Employee costs are now included under other expenses as the company currently has no payroll staff.
