Safari Industries (India) Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 06-05-2025: Record Date

Safari Industries has announced a record date of 18th July 2025 for shareholders to be eligible for the proposed final dividend of Rs. 1.50 per share (75% on Rs. 2 face value) for FY2024-25. The dividend is subject to approval at the upcoming AGM and is expected to be paid on or before 30th August 2025, after tax deductions.
