Sona Comstar has announced a board meeting on 14th May 2025 to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.
Q4 FY25 revenue stood at ₹868 Cr, down 2% YoY due to a model transition, though BEV sales rose 8% to form 34% of sales. EBITDA was ₹240 Cr with a 27.6% margin; PAT grew 10% to ₹170 Cr aided by net interest income. FY25 revenue rose 12% to ₹3,555 Cr with BEV revenue up 38% to ₹1,224 Cr (36% share). Net order book hit a record ₹24,200 Cr, 77% from EV programs. Management highlights short-term tariff impacts but expects long-term gains from tech strength, focusing on electrification, diversification, and new tech like humanoid robot parts. Despite supply challenges, confidence remains strong with ongoing capacity expansions and healthy cash flows.
