Bank of Baroda has announced a board meeting on declaring the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Global deposits rose 10.3% YoY to INR 14.72 lakh crore, while global advances grew 12.8% to INR 12.30 lakh crore. Retail advances jumped 19.4%, boosting domestic gross advances by 13.7%. Net profit increased 10.1% YoY to INR 19,581 crore with improved asset quality—GNPA ratio down 66 bps to 2.26%, NNPA at 0.58%. Capital adequacy strengthened to 17.19%. Digital transactions hit 95%, retail digital loans at INR 6,106 crore, and green finance stood at INR 18,547 crore. Subsidiaries saw growth in asset management, insurance, and cards, while capital markets faced revenue and profit declines.
