CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited — Board Meeting, 06-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

CG Power has announced a board meeting on which it approved the consolidated financial results for the quarter and year, reporting revenue of ₹9,909 Cr and PAT of ₹973 Cr for FY25, up from ₹8,046 Cr revenue and ₹871 Cr PAT in FY24. Strong growth in the industrial systems segment offset other challenges. The company declared an interim dividend of ₹1.30 per share. It advanced strategic expansion by acquiring a controlling stake in G.G. Tronics and completed the acquisition of Renesas’ RF Components business. Independent Directors Vijayalakshmi Iyer and P.S. Jayakumar were reappointed for five years.
