Polycab India Limited — Important, 06-05-2025: General Updates

Polycab India has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue rose to ₹26,224 Cr from ₹18,039 Cr, with profit before tax at ₹2,701 Cr and net profit increasing to ₹2,045 Cr. The balance sheet remains strong with assets of ₹13,773 Cr, equity of ₹9,907 Cr, and low borrowings. Continued capex focus with plant and equipment at ₹2,791 Cr supports expansion in wires, cables, FMEG, and EPC. The board approved a proposed final dividend of ₹35/share and a Scheme of Amalgamation with subsidiary Uniglobus, effective April 2025.
